Reanson does not manufacture only goggle straps; every Reanson goggle model has its own proprietary clip connection, so straps are produced together with the goggle frame and lens.
Reanson charges no setup fees or run charges on custom goggles orders. The only additional cost is international freight from our factory in Shenzhen, China to your destination.
To place a custom goggles order with Reanson, submit the inquiry form at our inquiry form. Our team will contact you by email to discuss your logo and design requirements; once you approve the artwork, we send an invoice. 50% of the total is due upfront, and the remaining balance plus freight is due after production is completed.
Yes. Reanson can print your logo or branding on the goggle strap using 4-color dye sublimation. For orders of at least 100 units, your logo can also be added to the corner of the lens for an extra charge, with an extended lead time of about 6 weeks.
Reanson ski goggles are built from: injected-molded polycarbonate (PC) lenses, Revo lens coating, UV400 protection coating (UVA, UVB and UVC), premium triple-layer face foam, and a permanent anti-fog treatment.
No. Reanson provides the initial artwork and design mock-up free of charge for all custom goggles projects.
You can customize the straps with any design or color scheme using 4-color dye sublimation. Lens tints, mirror coatings and other lens options are selected together with your brand during the development stage.
Reanson does not produce fully customized single samples, but we offer a discounted sample goggle with a Reanson-branded strap. We also share the approved artwork file so you can compare the on-screen design with the printed result before mass production.
Reanson’s average production lead time is about 2 weeks from the day you pay the deposit and approve the print proof, excluding international shipping time.
Reanson’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom ski goggles is 300 pieces per color and style.
