Custom Motocross Goggles
Choose a current model or discuss a new MX-goggle project. Define the riding environment, lens and visibility system, helmet pairing, fit, branding and destination market first.
Plan the goggle around dust, mud, moisture, helmet fit and the selected riding conditions.
Start with the environment
Conditions shape the product brief
These checkpoints help identify the right existing model or the changes that require development. Final functions and claims follow the approved specification.
Dry & dusty
Review lens coverage, frame opening, foam contact and ventilation for the intended use.
Mud & spray
Determine whether tear-off, roll-off or another lens-management direction is needed.
Heat & exertion
Discuss airflow, foam construction, sweat contact and strap stability for the model.
Helmet pairing
Confirm goggle width, frame shape, nose area, strap route and the intended helmet opening.
Lens visibility systems
Tear-off or roll-off: define the project direction
Reanson’s existing range includes both directions. Exact lens, post, film, canister and frame compatibility must be checked for the chosen model.
Option 01
Tear-off system
Removable sheets are pulled away individually when the outer surface is obscured.
- Confirm sheet and post compatibility
- Confirm the number and setup required
- Check local event or disposal rules
Option 02
Roll-off system
A film is advanced across the lens through a roll-off mechanism.
- Confirm canister and film-width direction
- Confirm lens and frame compatibility
- Include replacement-film requirements

Buyer questions
Motocross-goggle project FAQ
Does Reanson offer tear-off and roll-off motocross goggles?
Both directions appear in Reanson’s existing range. The lens, frame, posts, canisters and film setup must be confirmed for the specific model and project.
Can the strap and frame be customized?
Depending on the model, a project may include frame and component colors, strap artwork, logo placement, lens direction, accessories and packaging. Exact options are confirmed after review.
Can the goggles be developed around our helmet?
Share the helmet model, measurements or a physical reference when possible. Goggle width, nose area, strap path and frame shape can then be reviewed during model selection and sampling.
What standards and testing apply?
This depends on the selected product and destination market. Required standards, current reports and the applicable test plan should be identified before samples and bulk production are approved.
What are the bulk MOQ and lead time?
The bulk starting point is 500 pieces per model, per color, with normal bulk production of 45–60 days. Custom samples have no fixed quantity and use a separate price and schedule.
